Business Turbo Tax Quality Improvement Needed!

I have long used Turbo Tax for my personal taxes - it has been raising the quality bar for some time. First time user of Turbo Tax Business - It was a step back in time - it needs to raise its quality to that of the personal Turbo Tax. Turbo Tax Business also needs an Apple/Mac version. Having a Windows only version is unacceptable!

Do not go to an accountant if you have a very small business. Trust me, I was all worried but it literally walks you through everything and double checks numbers and asks questions many times.

No Idaho Tax Support

I hate turbo tax

Errors all over the place on forms I don't even need. TurboTax makes the horrible experience of filing taxes even worse. Also they don't offer a mac version of the business application - ridiculous, overpriced, junk.

Some Improvement Needed

Identified a few concerns...
1. Had to retype the balance sheet into the NC State return, that should have been transferred automatically from the Federal.
2. For as little as the State of NC program did for me, it should not have cost $54. This monopoly on State return is causing me pause to consider changing from Quickbooks & TurboTax to alternate portfolio of products.

Turbo Tax is Great but...

I love Turbo Tax because of how simple you make it to file my taxes, both business taxes and personal. As much as I love your service, call me old school, I would feel more comfortable with a real person going over line by line to make sure I didn't file anything incorrectly. I know that the odds of low of the IRS auditing me, but i would like to know that i filed correctly and took advantage of all the deductions I'm legally allowed to and I'm not taking any deductions that I'm suppose to.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved, I bought or sold investments
