AT LEAST THEY'RE DONE

I LIKED TURBO TAX AS AN OVERALL PRODUCT. EASY TO ENTER INFORMATION, CALCULATES INCOME AND DEDUCTIONS. BIGGEST DRAW BACK COULD NOT EFILE BECAUSE FORM 5806 CONTAINED ZEROS DUE TO FIRST YEAR OF BUSINESS AND NO ESTIMATED TAXES. AFTER REVIEWINENDED UP PRINTING G THE FTB WEBSITE (CALIFORNIA TAXES) THIS FORM WAS NOT NEEDED BUT TURBO TAX WOULD NOT ALLOW ME TO CONTINUE WITHOUT IT. ENDED UP PRINTING AND MAILING.

Have used TurboTax for past 20 years, hope to use for another 20. Takes the headache out of worrying about wrong entries. Questions are resolved with online help and access to Q/A forum. Great service.

Easy to use

The product is easy to use and leaves little doubt about what numbers go where. However, it took until mid-march to fix the issue with QBI on a K1 for a Trust. This was in the 2017 tax law and H&R Block software put it on a K1 for 2018 income. I almost overlooked this deduction and filed without it. Would have cost me $60

Turbo Tax is so easy to use. It guides you all the way. You don't need prior knowledge of accounting to use the software.
