Turbo tax 2019 failure

I was sadly disappointed in Turbo tax this year. I have used your software since it's inception. I am having difficulties download state software which I have already paid for. Both the personal and business software is continually locking up.

Would be nice to know Idaho isn't available BEFORE I purchase. Will look for another product next year that will be actually helpful for all of my filings.

i liked it when turbo tax asked me questions to determine if something applied to me. turbo tax bursiness didn't do that and left me sitting here not knowing what to do at times. form 8506 is an example it just put me into the middle of a form with zero information on what to do or what it pertained to.

Needs some work

I had two issues this time. Descriptions of deductions were not clear. I had to redo many categories because I had to go through several explain and help screens to find all my deductions. We had a slight address change, but the form will not be ready until after the filing deadline. The software completely blocked me from e-filing because of the address form. HOWEVER, this form cannot be e-filed. At least let me e-file and then do the address change later.

Does not handle K1 to M-1 balances well. Needs to be able to enter a simple rounding error.
