2019 LLC version was Terrible

The program would not import critical data from last year's file. Also, there was an inherent mistake in the California portion that resulted in an incorrect calculation that could only be fixed by "fudging" an entry to fool the program! Zero success at getting help after over a month of inquires.

Need better filing instructions for states

Each year it appears that the instructions for filing through the mail get worse. In previous years the filing print out would have all of the forms and list them on the instruction sheet. This year it lacked a tremendous amount of information.

Make 1099-B information downloadable

I use Turbo Tax Home and Business to file personal and small business returns and love it. I have used Turbo Tax Home and Business with pleasure, if that is possible. I am frustrated that Turbo Business does not accommodate downloading information from financial institutions. That is crazy for a more expensive program. Next year I will start to look for other tax preparation programs for corporations and trusts and estates with the capability to download 1099-INT/DIV/B information

Overall a good product

Turbo Tax is interactive and overall works well. The one difficult part is the way that TT rounds the numbers entered with decimals, making it difficult to reconcile the book to the Tax Return if you are out of balance on your Balance Sheet by $1 or $2. The later being frustrating and time consuming to resolve.
