Great product and service

Fast and easy. Only problem was I had to buy cd and download and then file for a refund.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Buggy and You have to figure out how to file state

It's not that well done. After error check completed, went to electronic file, printed out what was going to be file, went e-filing, flagged more errors. Still looking how to file state that I paid for. The program just said I'm done, but did not give me the option to print and send them in. Very disappointed.

Good - But could still improve

So, this was my first time using TurboTax Business, I have been an avid Turbo Tax user for at least 10 years for my personal taxes. I think this product could still use a little improvement in terms of some of the language used (I thought the way some things were phrased were confusing and could be better), and maybe an explanation for why you would select certain options. I noticed that there was language like this in some places but not others. For consistency throughout the app, I think it is needed and could definitely improve the User's experience.

Still no upload from Quickbooks online?

Why is there still no ability to upload all information directly from QuickBooks online? One still has to download a trial version of quickbooks desktop and then transfer the file over and then it can be uploaded to turbotax. Only when I paid for and downloaded the 2019 version did I remember that I had gone through this exact same thing last year! So it has been multiple years of customers waiting on an update and nothing gives from this company. What a tedious mess. I might as well just use another software if this is always going to be the case for a company that is supposed to be interconnected and easy to use. If more people knew about this, they wouldn't spend over $200 for using your software after already spending nearly $700 just on the QuickBooks online subscription. Ridiculous.
