Need to fix the CA state part for S businesses

The California Corp. No should not be required for LLC S companies. This made it impossible for me to e-file.

It never works out the way I think

Once again TurboTax has come up with a result that is not what I thought it should. P&L statement shows a net income to be reported that is ~ 3% higher than I expected. The trouble is I suspect TT is right. The IRS rules and regulations make everything harder than it should be. And only 3% delta is not worth tracking down.

Very easy for 1120-S Corporation Taxes

If you're filing your taxes and you own an S-Corporation, you must first use Turbotax for Business to create your S Corporation return and create your K-1 which is necessary for your personal returns. Turbotax makes it easy.

Figuring my tax is near perfect. E filing leaves something to be desired.
Every year I have trouble with form 8453 (printing, scanning and attaching it to my reports). I do an individual and two(2) trust reports. I am not very computer literate and I waste a lot of time trying to attach a scanned Form 8453. Why not just do an electronic signature on this form.I doubt the IRS actually reviews this signature. Every year my handwriting gets worse. How about it...Thanks, JAN

Easy to use and Fast

The questionnaires provide great detail into preparing my taxes for the business. I was able to understand what I needed to do and what was not needed for my return. Simple, easy to understand directions make the process easy. Extra help information was also very helpful when I needed more clarifications.
