Excellent Product

Loved the easy step by step interview process. Made a difficult task of taxes easy. Downloaded all my info from QuickBooks which made most of the process even easier.
What's great about it: Easy to use. Saved me a ton of money not having to hire a CPA to do my year end taxes.

Very positive experience.
What's great about it: I was able to catch a personal error by going through the reconciliation process; Inventory, Income, and Balance Sheet.
What's not so great: The State of California held up my return; TurboTax provided me a date for the forms and were on time.

Turbo Tax an Effective Tool

Turbo tax gets me through the filing with confidence that I comply with IRS guidelines. Used it for the past 5 years. Will use it again.
What's great about it: Confidence Builder
What's not so great: Some arcane accounting language

It a little clunky to use. The state portion was confusing. Several fields it asked me to fill in with no explanation of what the field is for or where to find the information requested.

Best software for taxes hands down!

Overall the product is amazing. There is absolutely no reason to go anywhere else to get your taxes done. Turbotax makes filing taxes as easy as 123.
What's great about it: TurboTax made filing taxes easy as it can get!
What's not so great: Didn't offer me coffee ( :
