Would Rather Pay Nothing for Taxes

Turbo Tax does make taxes easy and I feel like I understand my business better by inputting the information myself. However, as taxes are a necessary part of life, I am confused as to why I have any desire or need for a paid software program. I have been thinking about doing taxes the old-fashioned way as a silent form of protest, but TurboTax gives me peace of mind and saves me a lot of time. Only four stars because I'm frustrated that I feel the need for paid tax software, and also, I feel like the program didn't explain everything as well as I wished it did.

California S Corp form

The California S Corp filing is terrible. I thought I was ready to e-file at the deadline and then a bunch of last minute questions came up that should not have come up. I had to go to the post office and mail my returns at the last minute of the deadline.

Great, but need for Mac!

The turbotax software is so easy to use, however, my company only uses Macs and it is increasingly frustrating that I can't file on my own machine. I have to borrow a PC from a friend, and then use my other computer to access all of my files. Please make a Mac-friendly version!!
