Software Kept Crashing

After entering all my information, at the point of trying to print my signature form to e-file, the software repeatedly crashed -- really?

I liked this product as an online option. I was very confused this year. I am not sure if I did it correctly. I purchased several different products and downloaded them. However not sure how they were properly linked.

As an accountant who has specialized in Management Accounting and not tax accountant I find Turbo Tax Business extremely helpful when assisting one client in preparing their Corp return. It keeps me in tune with what is important to track and how to better advise the client on his S Corp business.

I have used this software for years with out a hitch.
Small delay on being able to e-file my state return.
Turbo tax fixed the software glitch before the filing deadline.
ALL GOOD NOW!

I had trouble again with e-filing. This year it had to do first with a TurboTax system glitch and then with a business name code.

Not enough instructional detail, hard to find answers for questions. Not enough explanation . Sends to Federal instructions. Wonder what value Turbo provides other than easy entry if explanations or details not easily accessible within the product.
