Very Little Help Available

The software works "mostly" ok except for ACKNOWLEDGED bugs that prevent electronic filing. The real problem is that there is no real help. Come on, give us even basic information about the screen / field we are on when we select help instead of dumping us into the "community" which typically contains irrelevant or often times outdated help. On top of that the "community" ins't even segmented by the type of tax return being worked on so when I'm working on my S-Corp and have a question the "community" gives me a ton of useless information coming from questions submitted by people filing their person returns.

Errors are difficult to fix.

Had an error in Section 179 that was difficult to understand what to do to fix. Finally was able to cut the item and fix the error.

Simple, Easy to Use, but with Some Flaws

Step-by-step instructions and question-and-answer format is great. Importing Payroll Expenses from QuickBooks (which should be seamless as it's an Intuit product) is flawed, as it doesn't separate FUTA and SUTA from wages and SS/Medicare even though QB has them itemized and TurboTax requests a separate listing for them. Also, it would be nice if it imported Office Equipment and other depreciation information (right now I have to enter each purchase by hand).

Turbo Tax Business is your worst product

I have used Turbo Tax software for more then 25 years and TurboTax Business for 5 - Why can't you start allowing users to import from financial institutions like you do for Premier- the absence of this feature makes the product difficult to use when reporting Schedule D transactions
