TT is great for my business.

Turbo Tax handles multi member LLC's. K1 are easy. E-files Federal taxes. My state must be mailed. The step-by-step is easy, and it helps that it pulls information from the previous year so you don't have to re-enter all the same stuff. Phone support for when you are stuck is wonderful. I will continue using Turbo Tax.

I've been using Turbotax for many years. This was the first year using it for a business I started in 2019. My only complaint is I could have used a few more "explain this". Other than that I expect to use Turbotax again next year.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

No better option

I find it a bit trying at times. Instructions are often confusing and the help menus mediocre. Probably fine if your are an experienced tax preparer but as a small business owner its basically a painful day once a year. But if you are like me then the cost of having it prepared otherwise is prohibitive.

Needs more helps for non-accountants

It was better than nothing, and could be great. It assumes you know certain things about the tax forms when asking questions. The helps take you to other users questions and answers on google rather than to a list of helps within the site. If they would provide more basic instruction on the forms and what's required, it would be awesome.
