Essentially Easy

I have used Turbotax for many years. It is reliable and convenient. This year I had real difficulty with the update installer on Windows 10. It took literally two days to get it resolved. Outside of that, it was smooth sailing.

Needs Capability with Quickbooks Online

I have been using TurboTax for years for 1040s. This year, I needed TurboTax Business to file an 1120S. The features were similar and provided an easy to use interface in order to complete the return. HOWEVER, the fact that TurboTax does not integrate with Quickbooks Online is a big miss. These Intuit products should be able to interface with one another to create a seemless customer experience, in my opinion.

I Love Turbo Tax but frustrated

Turbo tax Great. I love that it goes through everything so you miss nothing. I was frustrated this year. In past I have filed without difficulty but this year when I went to file Turbo tax kept telling me information was wrong that they had moved over from previous tax year. I had to do some research on the internet to find a fix. If Turbo Tax knew this was a problem why didn't they release a fix when it was updated.This is the only issue I have had in 8 years of using Turbo tax.

I made it work

I made it work. But to do so I had to accept calcs from TurboTax instead of my QuickBooks P&L and Balance Sheet. Then I had to adjust different things to make it all fit together.
I would very much like the opportunity to correct total income/loss when I think this is lower than what TurboTax has. That would be in the benefit of the government so it should be accepted.
