I like the software, not the website.

As much as I like using this software, I find the process of using the website a real confusing pain. It's difficult to navigate and find what you need, then it sends you in circles.It doesn't answer your questions clearly and you feel like a dog chasing it's tail. I end up logging in and out several times before I can find what I need. Other software for taxes has a better website and easier navigation.

I had to buy a PC to use this.

It's unbelievable that you don't make this for a MAC. I had to buy a PC to use this software. It is also crazy that I can't download my QuickBooks Pro online directly to Turbo Tax for Business. You are the same Company!!!!!! Get it fixed please!!!!
