Software key needs to be removed

Great product but still room for improvement

Federal was very easy and smooth.
I Felt like i was on my own when it came to the state return. Program told me to figure out what additional forms were required and fill them out myself. Also unable to e-file state return.

Size of file

The software usage was great. However, I wasted time trying to electronically sending my return due to the size of a PDF attachment. The initial file upload was 26MB and after trying to work on a misleading error (internet errors), I figured it was size. Printing the attachment again as a PDF and uploading 1MB file allowed me to efile.

Dislike having to borrow a Windows Computer

Software is straight forward and easy to use, just wish there was a Mac version so I wouldn't have to hunt down and borrow a windows computer, and haggle with printer setup on whichever device I can find, just for this one task (business taxes) every year. Personal taxes are on Mac, why not this?

E-filing business tax retun WAY too confusing

The software got me through an S-Corp return okay but I found it impossible to e-file the return. No instructions on that part to get me through the confusion. For me the only option was to print and mail the return.
