Pretty easy to use

I have used Turbo Tax Business for my small business ($100k sales) for a couple years now and I think this year got even easier. It seemed to have more explainations about the tax interview topics than previous years. It was more similar to the Turbo Tax personal income tax software I've been using for the last 20 years. I'm hoping they continue to improve this business software next year to make it even more like their personal software.
If you do your own books, have been using Turbo Tax for personal use, are fairly good at researching your own tax topics, have a fairly simple/straight forward business in terms of income and expenses, and don't want to pay a tax accountant to do your taxes it is a good option.

Quickbooks integration

most frustrating thing that I have done is use Quickbooks online and find out it cant be used because it doesn't integrate with TurboTax Business.
as a small business owner i have a number of computers and also primarily use MACs and after a year of using your software I come to find out not only do I need to do everything manually anyways... but I also can't even use my primary computer to download your software.
This has now called into question if I will ever use your products again and if I will ever recommend then to any other small business owner that I know.

Not friendly with ordinary business owner

I like TurboTax and using for 10 years for personal return. That is made for ordinary people, very easy to understand all the provision. But TurboTax Business is NOT. Need to have "Notice" on the purchase page, like "This program is made for experienced accountant or for those are familiar with tax terms with standard knowledge of accounting".
