I've used TurboTax Business for 10 years faithfully. But, I wish that it's system would remember online my previous year's data so that I don't have to manually input it again every year.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

End Result Good; Experience Bad

As far as the end result and simplifying the complex tax code, the product met all expectations. As far as a user experience with trying to import and use information from Quickbooks Online, the product failed miserably. I could not believe how many steps were required, including the trial version of Quickbooks Desktop, and the poor documentation that appeared out of date and didn't handle all of the new issues with the newer versions of the software. And requiring IE 11? Wow. Seriously.

MAC VERSION IS NEEDED!!!

I can not understand why TT refuses to make the business application (1065/W2/1099) compatible with a Mac. This complicates my life significantly, forcing me to use a crummy Windows based laptop to muddle through the form processing. I use my Mac for everything, all year long, so if TT would upgrade its capabilities to include Mac users, we'd all be better off.
