Almost made me miss filing Form 2553

TurboTax Business never asks if this is your first year filing as an S-corp. Instead of being guided, you must know that Form 2553 is the form you need to make the election, then you must search for it and manually fill it out. Then, you have to manually check Box G on the 1120S to indicate that you have a Form 2553. Finally, when you're done filling out all the information and are ready to print, TurboTax has an option for "All official forms required for filing.pdf". Except, TurboTax thinks that the Form 2553 isn't "required" because it's not included in this PDF. Instead, you must grab the form yourself from "Forms to review or keep for your records - tax return & all calculation worksheets.pdf". TurboTax: please include Form 2553 in your guide/workflow and mark it as a required file if it's present so that folks don't miss mailing it in.

This was very easy to work with and even if I got confused or stuck for any reason, the software will help you during the interview, even to research the answer.

2019 Tax Frustration Loading

I have been using Turbotax well over +15 years, NEVER had a problem to download quickbooks data to 2019 Turbotax. I had to $ 129, for the independent firm to fix my problem. 1-800-307-0939, approve code: 008545.
The independent company located in New Delhi was able to fix it, after wasting my 7 hours of production time. The end result was they EXITED the Kapresseky software which was interfering with quickbooks and Turbotax. Shame on Turbotax, that they only have to say somewhere, to disable Kapreseky anti-virus software. Shame.

First year with Company car on 1065- issues w prgm

The past 6 years have been pretty smooth for the most part. This year I am dealing with the tax ramifications of a Company car with personal use. I wish that Turbo Tax had better help on the program. Had to dig thru the IRS publications. It would have been helpful if they had more questions on the program.

I don't have a choice but to use this software. Frustrating to use, finding the errors was frustrating like on where to change recourse debt vs non recourse debt. .Or how to handle pre start up cost.
