Works great and easy for businesses

Still OK, but less intuitive!

See pros and cons. Also, the option to purchase audit defense has no provision for company name, so I can't tell if I'm buying 1120s coverage or otherwise. Finally had to call TaxAudit to purchase.
What's great about it: Links to QuickBooks, imports last year's info, built in e-file, print or save to pdf
What's not so great: New questions with insufficient explanation, doesn't flow as easily as in the past
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Used for several years. Tried a Tax n a box two years ago. Never AGAIN. Much better experience with TurboTax!

Excellent Product!

I'm a return user. I keep coming back to TurboTax because it's user friendly and keeps me from making mistakes, thus saving me time and worries. I highly recommend this product to anyone that's considering doing their small business taxes on their own.
What's great about it: Very user friendly, walked me throught the process step by step and saved me loads of time.
What's not so great: It's great, no negatives!

Poorly Designed Estate Component

It wasn't at all intuitive! Bits and pieces of Information had to be entered throughout the software. Portions of a 1099-R had to be entered in Other Income, as well as other tabs.
What's great about it: Helpful for printing
What's not so great: The process isn't smooth like other versions

Turbotax Business

I have two 1099-R from a Trust Fund requiring a form 1041 and a schedule K-1. TurboTax Business is required but can't do 1099-R. I have had to use TurboTax phone support the last 3 years for a workaround -- and they don't know how either -- each had a different way. This is miserable. --- PLEASE DO SOMETHING
What's great about it: none
What's not so great: bad software
