there were MANY areas where I got "stuck in a loop", particularly in the review california S corporation stuff. It kept getting stuck on some form related to 'new employee' credit and I didn't even HAVE a "new employee" to CREDIT with! I had to dummy something up to get past it. VERY irritating. AND... the WORST part: the *NAGS* with respect to ME STAYING ON WINDOWS 7!!! *I* will *NOT* *DOWNGRADE* to Win-10-nic, *EVAR*. What's this about NOT SUPPORTING 7, Intuit??? WHY NOT????? Just make the application COMPATIBLE so it will at LEAST RUN and KEEP IN MIND that WE BUSINESS PEOPLE do NOT WANT WINDOWS 10 TO INSECURELY SPY ON US!!! That, and WINDOWS 10 CAUSES PRODUCTIVITY LOSSES! I HAVE SEEN IT! SO STOP IT WITH NOT SUPPORTING 7... or at LEAST have a LINUX VERSION, or YOU LOSE ME AS A CUSTOMER!

The software was fairly easy to navigate. There was plenty of self help if you needed further explanation within the different sections. It also reviews everything before filing. You can save and pick up where you left off if you can't finish in one sitting. You also have the option to purchase additional product to file state taxes if need be. You can always go back to any part of the paperwork if you feel you've made any mistakes. You also have the option of printing or saving documents as a pdf before and after filing electronically and you also have the option of printing and mailing it in if you're allowed to do so.

Could not do it without TurboTax -- It's So Easy

With one minor exception (Disposition of Assets), TurboTax guided me and made finling a breeze.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Turbo Tax was very easy to follow, it was intuitive, and it was very fast. The only problem I had was that I would really like to view a copy of the exact return that will be eFiled, not just the Forms that are being filed. For example, the signed Form 8453-S was not included in the review copy of the filing, only the Form itself was shown and not the Attachment.I did not have the confidence that the Attachment was being filed with my return.
