Helps with taxes if you know what you're doing

The program follows a pretty logical process but there are times that it's not clear where I should be entering some info - - seems like there are more than one place I can enter certain types of expenses, so I'm not comfortable when I've entered the info that I've put it in the best place.
In particular, I have rental income and expenses as well as home improvement contractor income and expenses. They are part of the same business, but are treated separately. Turbo tax doesn't really seem to expect that - the program sort of seems like it expects me to only have rental income/expenses - OR - home improvement income/expenses.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

I wish there was a hot line to answer questions. I got into a loop and couldn't get out about things not in balance.

Turbo Tax Business for Trusts

This product while much more expensive than the other levels of TT has very few of the advantages. Most notably missing is the automatic download feature from financial institutions, thus requiring each transaction to be entered manually. What's up with that?! Also, Trust tax requirements are particularly obtuse and this TT package does very little to explain the obfuscations. Thus, it does not measure up well with the lower level TT packages, which I've been using for many years. Thank you
