State was disappointing

I have used Turbo Tax exclusively for years. This year I had to buy the Turbo Tax business CD. It was a lot less intuitive and for the first time I'm not confident with the information I was given and had to do a lot of searching on my own. When it came to the Ohio State tax I paid another 50 bucks for, I have no idea why I used turbo tax. I will have to do a lot of additional things on my own and had to search for everything online.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy to use

Simple to use and understand. E-file was great as it is fast and saves on postage. Wish I could import Merrill Lynch Schedule B but all I had to do was scan a copy of the Schedule B and attach to the tax return.

Can't Import from Quickbooks Online!?!

The program worked fine, but I find it inexplicable that I could not import from QuickBooks Online. This needs to be fixed.

Poorly written and user unfriendly

This software is poorly written and user unfriendly. Entering financial information from a P&L Statement and a Balance Sheet is frustrating and requires much more time and energy than should be necessary.
