LLC Prep: Good but Still Stressful

TT seemed to work well for most things, but it got stuck (bugged) on Form 1065 Schedule B line 25. It wouldn't let me pick the option I wanted. Luckily the question is not critical and I could accept the other answer. On a different question, this could have been a show-stopper. Thankfully I had last year's professionally prepared forms to guide me. Without that, my uncertainty would have been high.

the software leave too many questions for me to look up the answer. At the price charged you should be able to guide through the process without me needing to look answers

Ohio return full of errors

I have used TurboTax for Business for over 25 years but this is the first year I have purchased the Ohio return. I am very SORRY I did. It is full of errors. I spent more time over-riding the errors than I would have spent doing the return manually online with the State of Ohio's fill-in form.

I like Turbotax

I really like Turbotax Business, but this year they had a couple issues. One with attaching PDFs, but had a fix fairly quick and the other was with asking for activation code every time I opened the program and exceeding the number of authorizations and not being able to use the program. They did send me a new program which worked well.

Unable to understand why downloads not available in Business, but are available in Home and Business. Hopefully, this will be included for 2020.

Love Turbo Tax! We have used it for over 10 years and will continue to use it in the future. Taxes are so easy to prepare and if you have a question, help is available. Could not be better!
