Outstanding support provides confidence which helps to offset form errors that are otherwise frustrating. A simple trust that can't be e-filed because a block can't have a minus number. How about lowering cost?

I feel as though the explanations were not adequate enough to provide assistance. I think it should be easier to access special forms. There should be sections specifically for home office expenses. There should be a mileage deduction section. There should be a button to ask for a live CPA.

Desparately needs work for receiving updates

This is the third year I have had terrible issues with getting updates. I have a complex way of getting them. Once updates start, it stops. Then I go to task manager and windows installer, and end the process. If it is timed correctly, once windows installer restarts, MAYBE Turbo tax will receive updates. Come on, I have used Turbo Tax for over 20 years. You need to FIX this issue. Using Windows 10, all updates correct. 3rd year of this problem.

Business - Partnership and LLC Tax Returns

I have used Turbo Tax Business for years. Overall I think it is great.
I do find at time the ability to get to forms clumsy. For example this year you changed the QBI forms and I had a heck of a time dealing with those forms. The step by step did not seem to do everything needed. Especially, how multiple aspects of a business was treated was very difficult. For example 1065 line 22 and Form 8825 Income. It took me a while to figure out what it was doing. And between he Partnership and the LLC where the 199A Worksheet by Activity was/how presented was not consistent between the the 1065 line 22 Activity and the Form 8825 Activity.

Great except has bugs when not e-filing

I cranked through multiple trust returns. The first 5 I successfully e-filed with no problem, but when I had to print for mailing returns for two additional returns, the system gets stuck in a loop where it asks you do you want to e-file or mail in a return, upon selection of mail in it asks which forms, and upon selecting a form it sends you back to the question of do you want to e-file. Lather-rinse-repeat. Definitely a bug in system and you then end up with final disposition of return as neither e-filed or mailed since you have to skip past this section.
