forms late, some state calculations incorrect

this year turbotax has been a problem. forms not available or incorrect. ct forms became available on feb 28th. very late when due 3/15.2020.

It still doesn't import Quickbooks Online info!

Don't be fooled into thinking this software will import your QuickBooks Online data. It won't! And both softwares are provided by Intuit! Unreal. I had to manually enter the info. The tax form creation process is helpful, I'm just really disappointed in the lack of connectivity. Do I really need to download a trial version of the desktop software? And then upload all the data? And then connect the two programs? I mean, come on. It's 2020. This should work. I'm also not so impressed by the help along the way. I find "Express1040" software way more friendly to use and more helpful. But I guess the TurboTax software is still a good value since instead I'd have to hire a CPA, which isn't all that bad. I'm just not earning enough since I just started my business.

It should keep Windows 7 support!

Windows 7 is still in many places used. It is not a good practice to stop so quickly

Turbo Tax is Great

Turbo Tax was very easy to use. There were good questions to help enter all the correct information. Federal e-file was easy.

Wonderful product for both personal and business taxes. I used both the personal and business versions for my multi-member LLC and my personal taxes. Had two different technical difficulties and their customer service was one of the best I have ever had to deal with. Couldn't rate then high enough

Tax software is fine, but Intuit website...

I'm fine with the software itself for preparing returns, but I have a ridiculous amount of difficulty navigating the Intuit website. I just keep going around in circles and can never find what I'm looking for.

Potential Error

In 1041 Schedule D, You compute line 19 col 1 in accordance with the directions, adding lines 17 and 18a. In 1041 Schedule I line 30, you use the same calculated result, in accordance with the directions. In 1041 Schedule B line 3, you add line 18b to this result, which is contrary to the directions.

What happened to my state return?

I was told that I had to file a hard copy of the state return but there was never any prompt. Very confused. I guess I have to go back in and find it!!
