A little confusing for first time filers

It´is a little difficult to understand some errors that the system was showing me to review, definetly a little more help to know what are the forms they are asking me to file or not it could be helpful.

Had Issues

I really love using Turbo Tax, but this year I had several issues.
1. I have to do my business taxes on a Windows OS laptop because Turbo Tax doesn't have an Apple OS program. This year I just used both personal and business products on my Windows laptop. then I have to transfer all my work to my IMAC for printing.
I would like to use my Apple desktop for all my Turbo Tax work.

2. When saving my completed Taxes, they would not auto-save. I had to rename and specify where to save the files.

Turbo Tax has gone down hill.

Last year, and years before, the software enables me to click on a cell and go to the worksheet where the number came from. For some reason, this year that was not available. It made it MUCH harder to reconcile everything.

A few errors in the program but I got it to work

I decided to save money filing trust on my own instead of paying CPA this year. There were glitches in the seller finance mortgage interest reporting. I had to manually enter on form as the interview was broken for this type of income. I had to read IRS pubs to be sure I was doing the right thing before I made the manual form entry. Beyond that issue, it worked great.

Problem e-filing Business Fed and State Returns

Spoke with Turbo Tax representative Leo. He was professional, knowledgeable, and patient troubleshooting my situation. He ultimately found where the problem was and advise me what to enter to correct the return for filing, which was successful!! Thanks again Leo!!!
