This year there was a software issue in the business version that caused a glitch in letting me file but Turbo Tax sent an update a few days later. I wasn't late and just needed to be patient. Still happy with the program after 10 years.

I like turbo tax. It's very user friendly & thorough. It is just soooo expensive! And then there's an additional charge for state too!..... It's too bad that they don't give tenure users, loyal customers like me a retro price lol!

I love Turbo Tax

I have been using Turbo Tax for many years and it is the easiest program I have encountered. I have tried other self prepare programs and I completely get lost, even though I am an accountant.

Same issue every year

Turbo tax is easy to use but every year there is an issue with completing the taxes. It either missing updates or there is a glitch that needs to be corrected and delays the filings. Very frustrating. Not saying if the government changes saying the actual product itself

Great software

Overall fast and easy to work with. Some changes between how Federal and my State, MA handles assets were problematic to handle with the software, State asks how much of the assets are in the state. The whole number is already there from Federal, but when you call out the value of in-state assets the software would only add the State piece to the whole.
