Leaves much to be desired.

It's ridiculous that you can't transfer data from Quickbooks online. Not particularly user-friendly. You already have to have a good idea of what you're doing before using this.

Everything was very easy. The one problem I encountered was with the 8822B form - the message would tell you that you had to wait for the form to file. It wasn't until the date kept changing that I realized by checking the help section that you could just delete that form from the taxes and then e-file. The CO state return says you have errors when you try to print it - which is deceiving because the software that checks it said my return was good. I suppose it is because it wasn't signed but it was not able to be e-filed anyway.

TT software just ok

I have use this software for several years and the language on some forms is always a little vauge. But other wise the software works ok.

Turbo tax was so fast and easy! It was very simple following the instructions and if I had a question I just clicked the button for more information. I had an error when trying to file, but I called the help center and they helped me through it!

Turbo Tax is fun and easy to use. I feel no stress at the computer will working on my taxes.
Turbo Tax continues to get better every year. All of the features are explained in layman's terms. The guidance in completing each task is exceptional. Love you Turbo Tax!!!
