TurboTax was super helpful and simple to complete. They do a real good job of walking you through each document, asking questions to determine how much you can deduct.

I love Turbo Tax BUT!

TT was easy to use as it always is - However, I was disappointed with the "Error Check" process. I ran the error check - corrected the 2 errors that were identified and then proceed to e-file the return. Then two more errors were identified that were not identified when I used the error check - they were only identified when I attempted to transmit the return. I fixed the additional 2 errors and tried to transmit the return again - and then 4 new errors were identified. Corrected those and then was finally able to transmit the return. Not happy at all with the error check portions of the program!

Relatively Easy to Use - Sometimes Asks Hard ?s

Been using for a number of years and overall quite easy to use. Hard spots are when the software asks if I have to file Forms xxxx, yyyy, zzzz, wwww, or qqqq. As an owner, how would I know if I have to or not.

I would love Turbo Tax if it worked with QBO

Turbo tax is relatively easy to use, but I have to nter my income and expenses manually because it does not connect with its sister (Intuit) company QuickBooks Online, despite an abundance requests to add this feature for many years now. In fact, why not make it an app in the QuickBooks Marketplace? Manay other programs connect to QBO data this way.

Very difficult to use

Not a very user friendly product. Unless you're a tax preparer, it is difficult to use. I recommend having a previous year's tax documents on hand to follow because there are virtually no helpful prompts to help you along.
