First time e-filer

I was really nervous but our LLC return had grown so large that it was going to be a burden to print and mail so I decided to e-file. It was really easy. To be honest, what was holding me back was knowing the software was going to grab a file from my computer and I'm very uncomfortable with anyone accessing my computer, but I'm trusting them to do it right!

Print did not work

I was not able to use my Adobe to print forms. I had to load FOXIT. Pain in the butt

Enjoyed using Turbotax and pleased with it's online support. Ran into a couple issues (bugs?) in the 2019 Turbotax Business software and online support was very responsive and very helpful in addressing my issues.

2nd year updates fail to download giving failure

When updates required, system fails and does not provide correction notice or help.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

IT'S HORRIBLE EVERY YEAR!

System is not consistent or easy to use. Always have to wait on updates? What if I had already filed, would there then be mistakes in my return due to late updates?

As a 20year plus user of Turbo Tax Products.. I was pleased to see the familiar format and was pleased it performed as expected. Super Happy about that. The fact that it locked me out twice and I had to reenter the license code .. two different times... even though I was on the ONLY computer system the product is loaded on .... was an unexpected problem.

We had problems this with the QBI

This year there were some glitches with the QBI and some other errors not as user friendly as before.. Had to get a CPA to review for me
