TurboTax is great as long as I can download it

Easy to Navigate When Working

There were some issues getting the 2019 update to install and during use a couple times the program would freeze and not allow me to close the program and open it again without rebooting because it said another instance was in use. This seemed to be a known issue, because there are directions about needing to completely restart the computer when that error message is received. All that being said, when the program was working, it was easy to use, just like the online version for personal use.

very bugy software when operating on dell laptop

it kept leaving turbotax and i would have to open the turbotax everytime i clicked the next or done button, very annoying

It was tough understanding the questions to do my complex trust return. I had to try and then look at the return and try again. I finally got the same results as the previous 2 years, which is correct.

It seems like every year my TurboTax software has some hiccups but eventually they get resolved. I have always felt confidence in the finished product though. It just takes some patience to get there.
