After a very difficult start because the website does not clearly lay out the products to compare for your needs, I purchased three different versions, made three separate phone calls to support CPA's, and finally I got a refund for one of the products before e-filing correctly. Next year should be smoother.

Difficult to Efile

Most of the process was OK but when I got to the final step of EFile of Federal, it kept saying that the PDF Attachment name was not right. The only attachment in the software was 8453 which I replaced. It still wouldn't allow me to efile. So, ended up printing and filing by mail
