Disappointed after a decade

I have paid for both online and the download version of TurboTax Premier and still cannot file my taxes because TurboTax does not support the tax forms. I feel I should be refunded for at least one of them since it is now almost March and I still cannot file my taxes.

Have been using Turbo Tax for years and will continue. I had error code 5639 and 5640 but with help from tech support I was able to get my return filed. Thank you.

State software patches did not work

Used TurboTax Advantage, and downloaded in December 2019. Subsequent software patches for State returns did not work. Final fix was uninstalling, and reinstalling latest version of TurboTax Business. Never had this problem in the past 20 years.

Makes Filing Taxes Easy!

Just a mess

I don't know what to say. Desktop versio that needs Windows, no Mac software. Quicbooks online that doesn't work with anything. Intuit has made this way more difficult than doing it manually by paper, which is where it ended up.
