The software isn't much help.

Not easy enough for the money. The software should guide me better. I had to look up a ton of info on my own, because the software wasn't pointing me in the right direction.

This should be included in Home and Business CD!

While the business CD is easy to use, having a pass-through LLC for family business is simple enough it should be included in the Home and Business CD. It would save a lot of people like me a significant amount.

Extremely good. But final review kept repeating, going back to the old screen without making it clear what I need to correct. After sometime, it was accepted.

no web version or connection with QB online, ugh

No web version or connection with quickbooks online? Really? Nothing has changed in years with this product. I mean it's pretty easy to use, but shockingly out of date. The integration with QB online is a huge miss.

The Program is easy to use and I feel that all necessary information to file a correct return is requested by the program.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I feel Cheated

Based on the information I provided filing my federal tax return. Turbo Tax should have known that I wasn't eligible to efile my state return as required by state law. I could have filled out the form and mail because I didn't have to pay $49.99 to enter a one line item in your software and still have to print and mail. I could have done that for zero cost. I incorporated my business on November 27, 2019 and wasn't eligible for e-filing per Maryland law but yet Turbo tax made me pay the fee for the state software before telling me that. I FEEL CHEATED.!!

This surely isn't how we want our customers to feel when using TurboTax. With the information provided, it looks like you used TurboTax Business and purchased the state additional at the current price of $49.99. This includes the software to help guide you through the preparation of the state return along with access to its forms, however, the state e-file is sold separately. Presently, it's $19.99 to e-file each state. I see that you weren't eligible to e-file your state return and have selected the alternative option to print and mail it in for free.
