Business 2019 Does the job; Premier not so much

Turboxtax Business 2019 did the job. One improvement (or maybe I did not see it last year) was the ability to have Intuit collect the money from the business checking account and send it to the Feds, rather than me having to do a separate electronic funds transfer thru the US Treasury system. Note that I have a simple business tax return. On the other hand, I had major issues with Premier for my personal taxes. In Premier, I often had to drop into the "Form" mode to enter my deductions because the user interface would not accept data. Not sure if Windows 10 updates broke Premier or whether Premier was buggy, but from a user standpoint it does not matter. Intuit should not be using any features of Windows that may get broken by an update. Note that a friend using a Mac said he had the same issues. Once data entered into the Forms mode, you could return to Step-by-Step and the data would be there. I have been using Turbotax since at least 1997 for personal taxes. 2019 may be the last year that I use TurboTax for personal taxes.

Turbo Tax for Trusts less user friendly

Whereas Turbo Tax Premier makes it easy to follow the step by step instructions, Turbo tax for Trusts (Business), requires you to make many more decisions without any support information. I found having to go the the IRS site numerous times to understand my options as Turbo Tax didn't provide direction. I also found 2 errors where inputs did not get added correctly (in one the program would not allow any of the drop down menu options to be added but then in the error check required that the information be added.). In several cases, a number added in the program would give no data source so I could not tell where it came from. Overall I was able to complete the tax form but it took quite a bit of troubleshooting on my part to feel comfortable that I hadn't made any major mistakes.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Coding error ???

Turbo Tax is usually very easy and accurate to use. But this time my e-file Michigan Fiduciary Forms were rejected (error 25359). Nothing I can do except wait for a future update. I did work with someone from Turbo Tax - waiting to see if steps taken to resolve my problem will work.

TurboTax Business Lacking

it gets the job done but requires a lot more manual entry and research to complete the process. I've used this product for several years for a Complex Trust and every time i do, i'm disappointed at the lack of functionality and input required compared to the personal TurboTax versions i've used
