Turbo Tax Business for Estates/Trusts

I have used Turbo Tax for my personal taxes for years and it is great, easy to use. Turbo Tax Business is not. Minimal help and assistance. I used it for S-Corp LLC and and Estate/Trust. Had to look up a lot in IRS and State DOR sites to get through filing. Cost is high compared to other Turbo Tax programs and provides much less help.
What's great about it: None
What's not so great: Not User Friendly, Minimal Help, Cost

I could not remove extension option on my state return. This was not very user friendly.

What's not so great: not simple

One little thing

A very good software. Only limited to 5 e-files. We are not CPA firm but we have 12 small companies. Instead of buying additional software you should share for the extra e-files a nominal fee for each additional occurrence. Probably like $15 or $20 per additional e-file after the first five without exceeding 20 times.
What's great about it: Guideline
What's not so great: Limited e-files

Helped me organize my LLC capital accounts

I must account for several trusts and one LLC. This version of Turbo Tax really makes my compliance life so much simpler. Thank you.
What's great about it: being able to plug and play until it balanced!
What's not so great: no interface with Quicken

"Trust"ed software

I elected to E-file for an Estate/Trust state return (MI). I got a message that it could not be filed electronically. I switched to mail my state return. I got a message that I could not print the return because taxing agency requires an e-file. I was going in circles with options to cancel or continue with errors. There needs to be a message that is more informative. I believe it was just a matter of signing form 8453-FE.
What's great about it: Being able to trace $ back to original entry
What's not so great: MI e-file messages

partnership - business plus personal and SE

As I was doing my personal taxes the first time now with our own business with a partner as an LLC who was not my spouse -- I thought oh, this is easy, just do the Self employed taxes -- however as I filled it out it did not ask me if my business was an LLC or with another partner ---I realized after I was nearly done that I needed to get TT business and then request within SE tax to walk me thru K1 info etc. I wish there had been a question to ask me that as I was completing the SE tax. would have saved me a lot of hassle and learning curve
What's great about it: step by step instructions, familiar format
What's not so great: was not clear that I needed to file a different way given I was a partnership
