Should Connect It To Quickbooks Online

Not sure why I had to import all of my information to Turbo Tax when on the website it says it directly connected with Quickbooks Online. This took me 4 hours and it should have taken minutes. Your products should really talk to each other if you want to provide value to your customers.

TurboTax Business cannot efile federal return

Could not efile my S-Corp federal tax return this year, instead I had to print everything and on Monday shall have to mail it. Not a good experience this year.

Biz & Estate Tax tough

Struggled with the Estate Trust concept of income, had to do a lot of research to determine that the initial bank acct was not income to the Trust.

does not instill confidence

the product has contradictory areas of information. Does not instill confidence that taxes have been done correctly nor that they maximized deductions and refund. Don't understand why the business turbo tax is so expensive compared to other products when it doesn't seem to offer as much.
