The questions in this program required me to have more tax knowledge than I would have expected. I am hoping this becomes more "dummy-proof". I also think it would be good for this to have CPA help like the online versions.

Absolutely cannot believe that you cannot transfer Quickbooks Online records into TurboTax Business downloaded version. Is that not the point of using the same company for your bookkeeping and tax software? I wasted so much time entering my assets and expenses into each category manually. Other than this the product is okay.

Easy to use, I would have liked a few more explanations on some forms on the side; otherwise, pretty self explanatory for simple business returns

Can't File - Glitchy - Don't Recommend

I wasn't impressed with the software and even less so this year. Go through all the trouble and entering everything (explanations are not always clear and thorough for a novice) and then it won't efile. Says Turbo Tax isn't in season and ready yet (it's Feb 14th). Then I give up. Come back to it the next day and it says the software is out of date (I just bought and downloaded it yesterday). So i go to the updaters as instructed and it says I have the most up to date version. So taking me in circles. Where's the telephone number for support. Not easily found, of course. In the year 2020 their business software should be much more like their personal online system - which is better all the way around. Going to have to look for other options until they can get their act together. Good luck, people!

WORST EXPERIENCE WITH TURBOTAX EVER

I've had 3 Partnership Returns DONE since 1.30.2020 and WAITING for TT to "allow" efiling. After waiting 3 WEEKS, I gave up and decided to just paper file, which is ABSURD!! Just before printing the documents, I tried one last time to efile. System finally said it was "open, but you have updates which must be completed." Funny, since I have autoupdating but okay. Tried to Run updates. TT froze. Restarted computer. TT froze again - ONLY TT. Everything else worked. DID THIS FOUR TIMES. Gave up. Paper filing now.

Turbo tax is my go to for business tax filing!

Turbo tax is my navigator extraordinaire when it comes to the confusing and complex quagmire of business tax filing. It takes the stress out of the process for me. Its the next best thing to a flat tax!
