Easier than paper but...

I love how TT guides me through each step, but it is annoying that we spend so much for a program and then have to override so many K-1 entries. Also I couldn't e-file because of an error. I belive the error was due to rounding of a total, but there was no way to override the error and e-file.

Not completely happy with Turbo Tax Business

Why was I charged $49.99 for the state return (PA41). I didn't even e-file it. I used US mail.
When I went to print the official copies for filing (both the 1041 and PA41), I was told there was an error with my returns but it didn't direct me to where the error was.
On the PA return, the final date of the estate closing was 12/31/19 but what printed was
12311. The 9 didn't print. Software glitch?

I like it's simplicity. It is easy to use and the prompts are very helpful. Plus I like that I can capture last years information when I begin a next years return.

Frustration with Turbo Tax

My biggest complaint with Turbo tax is, it is often very time consuming to "correct and or adjust" the issues/errors highlighted during the federal and tax reviews. At least in my experience, when an error is identified, it is difficult determining where and how in Turbo to correct the error.
