Way too Expensive

TurboTax is simple to use but the program and filing fees are too expensive. Especially when you are doing your own taxes.

2019 Turbo Tax

I really like TT, however, it seems it took so much longer to install and run this year. I've used the same computer for 3 years in a row, so I'm not sure why it seems this way.

Very painless

This is the 2nd year I have used TT Business. It was very easy, very fast. The only thing I changed was the employee compensation from Quickbooks didn't go into Officer compensation. But I probably never told QB that was the case. Totally happy.

S-Corp Bug

I have used TT for many years for other companies. However with my new company there is a major bug in the date field for the election of S-Corp. The company was incorporated on 8/28/2019 and the S-Corp was elected the same day. TT says error. Change it to 1/1/2019 and TT says error. Change it to 8/29/2019 and TT says error. Due to this I was unable to file electronically.

Does NOT run on MacOS

I have to copy everything across and manually enter it because TurboTax does NOT run on MacOS. In addition I have to buy and continually upgrade Windows and Parallels every year, in addition to spending massive amounts of time trying to figure out the Windows operation because the only time I ever touch it is because of your lousy software.

Turbo Tax Business for Mac

My dreams would come true if TurboTax would put out a Business Version for Partnerships and LLC's which could run on a MAC.
