Unable to efile S-Corp return

Preparing my corporate taxes was easy as always but a bug in the S-Corp software prevented me from e-filing. With just over a month left before corporate returns are due I consider this appallingly bad performance by your company

EVERYTHING WAS WELL SUPPORTED EXCEPT THE ACCUM DEPR WKS FOR THE UNNEEDED 179 DEDUCTION, WHICH PREVENTED ELECTRONIC FILING UNTIL I ZEROED OUT THE AMOUNT OF 179 DEDUCTION

I purchased the software and installed it on my laptop. I put the program away and then when I went to start working my taxes, to download the updates, I had to go fish it out and put the license number in. I don't remember having to do that in the past. Its annoying...
