A great product

I have been using Turbo Tax Business edition for the last 12 years. I have never had a problem with either the Federal or State product and the support has always been first class. I highly recommend Turbo Tax and I woudl use nothing else.

Turbo Tax is the Best

Turbo Tax was easy to use, and the program ask me questions and that gave me I felt the confident that I did not miss anything.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Not confident the QBI calculations are correct.

Still as of early 2020 even some of IRS documents and instructions for QBI are still defined as "drafts". So it's not too much of a surprise that even TurboTax is having challenges with this.
-TurboTax asks you to review the QBI Income Deduction Info worksheet. My issue is that TurboTax doesn't make it easy to see the source of how it arrives at calculations- making it hard to double check the calculations / reasoning.

Always use

As I always do my taxes with turbo tax and today I mistakenly started in the wrong area and I had already paid for state tax returns and it did not switch over to the returns needed. So I was just made to pay twice.
