Can't believe y7ou have to pay an extera $50

While turbo tax is ok, they charge you for filing a state return ($50). Should be included in the already steep price!

Had to do a 1041 for an irrevocable trust

Overall, everything went well, only 2 areas I would improve. First, the income for the trust was a 1099-R, which had to be put under other income. But that is a limitation of the 1041 itself it seems. Second, there was withholding on the 1099-R, no place in the step by step to account for this. But was able to go to the forms and update it in the K1 worksheet. Generating the K-1's was a breeze.

Good product, but fix rounding issues

TT makes filing easy--until it makes it more difficult by rounding amounts to early in the process so that various schedules are out of balance. Then you have to pore through your return to find where to correct the error and add a rounding error statement. Frustrating.

Much Easier for 2019

Turbo Tax once again helped us out for 2019 business taxes. I spent way less time trying to figure out the tax code this year than last year. Would like to have a little more hands-on help with the State taxes though. Otherwise, not disappointed in Turbo Tax.
