Turbo Tax Business Freezes

Turbo Tax Business freezes when I try to login as a user with my name and password. This happened when I needed to pay for my state return. I am using Windows 7. If I click continue as a guest there is no problem. Repeated this process 3 times, and even re-booted my computer. Got the same error each time.

This years' partnership taxes went faster than in previous years. I have been with Turbotax a long time and each year it seems to get more user friendly.

I have been using for years, It is easy to load, and most questions are easy to understand. I like having my own disk so i have availability to reload on my new computer.
