Intuit is in it for the money, not the customers

Quickbooks online can't save a file that Turbo Tax recognizes without Quickbooks desktop. I wish we had more options out there.

TurboTax is a useful product but there are a few places where it gets confusing. some of the help sections appear to point you to the wrong places and some simply do not give an answer that is helpful, corresponding line (for example), directs you to the 1065 page 3 but the information is actually on page 4.

Doesn't Link with Quickbooks Online!

I cannot believe that this cannot export from QuickBooks online and I manually have to enter the information. These are both Intuit Products and I was pushed use QB Online but should have used the desktop version instead. I hate QB Online - it will not link with Bank of America Credit Cards - which is a huge downside and a major bank!

TurboTax Business can be challenging at times when using the form method because it is difficult to discover the source of data and how to make changes to eliminate error messages
