Like it Alot - But Missing Live Chat

For the most it was easy to use. I did enjoy file transfer. At times somewhat confusing in correction after audit mode.

Excellent this year. Called obnline help and they got right to the issue
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Another tax year, another TurboTax success!

Year 3 for me with TurboTax, couldn't be happier. All my information transfers over, and because my business taxes are now relatively simple (as opposed to 3 years ago) I can continue to do it all myself and not pay an accountant exorbitant sums.
