More painful than actual audit

This was so frustrating, I had to go completely to the manual mode. Values didn't populate correctly from last year's return. Items that should have been checked for proper balance weren't. Going back and changing after "Ready to file" was onerous, since I didn't catch the TurboTax error until after it said everything was OK.

Love Turbo Tax. That being said, I didn't realize I couldn't file my personal taxes. This is an overpriced product with limited capabilities. Now I get to pay more for home and business.

I wish this was made for Mac. I have to keep a windows laptop in a drawer all year just to pull it out and use it for this tax return.

Every year I spend hours trying to get QuickBooks balance sheet figures and Turbo Tax balance sheet figures to reconcile, and instructions are not clear or comprehensive.

Too many glitches, no investment in new features.

I spent over an hour trying to get my audit defense purchase to be applied to my return within Turbo Tax....when I first signed up for it, when it returned me to the program, the Continue button did not work, and I had to restart the program. It thinks I haven't paid for it, but I have a receipt from TurboTax and my credit card has been charged. I also don't want to pay you money to file a TX state return...it's easy to do online directly with the state, but you keep asking me for that data...no way to opt out -- I do not want to file a state franchise tax return using your s/w. Its also RIDICULOUS that you still dont have an interface to QBonline to import data.
