This little appliance is a great helper in my small apartment, as it does not take a lot of space, and saves me time for cutting other vegetables. Salads with chopped onions, tomatoes, cilantro, avocados and greens, make a great combination!

I bought the Cuisinart Mini Prep for quick use and easy clean up. I have owned a full size Cuisinart for about 35 years and it still runs strong and can easily handle those large jobs, but I wanted something more compact and easier to clean for small, quick jobs. I am very pleased with my purchase.

I've had this machine for 10 or 12 years I think and the only thing i could use is a new blade - this one has a small split on one side. We rally don't use it often so not a big issue.
