This mini is a keeper! It’s the perfect size for small kitchens. It’s relatively quiet and perfect for chopping. Love that the blade can detach which is less hazardous.

I was delighted to find this particular mini-prep food processor as the matching companion to the 14 cup Cuisinart food processor I currently own. So far, I've only used the mini-prep to chop walnuts and it did a good job. The instruction book suggested using the blunt blade for nuts but I found the sharp blade gave the results I was looking for. I think it's going to take experimentation to determine whether to use the sharp blade or the blunt blade for the particular food item I'm chopping. The mini-prep food processor is easy to use and I consider it to be a great addition to my kitchen.

I got this as a gift to replace a less powerful mini chop. Don’t let the size for you this is powerful! It’s a little on a loud side, but it works very quickly, and the blade is super sharp.. Very very pleased. I’m used to professional equipment as I am a chef so I would highly recommend this product.
