Worst Cuisinart product I have ever bought. Only tried using once and couldn't get it to work. Removed small cut food & switched the blade & still didn't work. After 10 mins. of trying everything including a different outlet. Through the food in the trash! Haven't used since!

This is a basically easy to use if you only need a sharp or dull blade processor. However, turning the blade is a little difficult and leaves you vulnerable to injury as it resists turning and fingers can easily slip into the blade.

I bought this to make a Christmas recipe for friends. I bought the expensive ingredients, the special pan, timed out the prep and cooling time and jumped in the shower. As I started the FIRST STEP-the processor wouldn't even turn on. I reread the directions and tried other outlets. Nothing. Where was I going to find a dessert on Christmas day??! So disappointed. I returned it. And to think I was going to buy another model but, chose this brand for quality. Lesson learned.
