It’s a pretty handy tool. I was able to make jam using dates and it did the job. I did have to stop and move the fruit a few times, but considering the size, it did well.

The blades are very sharp! I cut my finger while positioning the cutting blades on the unit. As a suggestion, why doesn’t Cuisinart put blade guards, so nobody cuts themselves!?
